Where are you Located?

  • Approximately 1-hour north of Amarillo, TX in the town of Dalhart, TX. I am happy to travel! Destination photo shoots are WELCOMED!!

How many photos will I receive?

  • Unless otherwise noted, 1-hour typically generates 50+ images. You will receive all viable images, edited, in color, and some will be selected for B&W. It is important to note that a few of the smaller packages include a specified limited number of images.

Is Retouching Available?

  • Yes! Many of my packages include a specified number of retouched images. If retouching isn’t included or if you need to request retouching on additional images; contact me for a quote.

How will I receive my photos?

  • I will be sending a secure client online photo gallery with printing rights... you will receive your own password and download PIN number for the gallery. All images will be available for download. USB drives are available for an additional fee, upon request.

How long will it take to receive my photos?

  • Portrait sessions: allow 1-2 weeks

  • Wedding sessions: allow 2-3 weeks

  • During my busy season, allow an extra 1-2 weeks (April-June, September-November).

  • It is always my priority to get your photos delivered as quick as is possible without sacrificing quality for a quick turnaround.

Is a deposit required?

  • Starting in 2022, some situations may require a non-refundable deposit if travel or more than 3 hours out of the day are required. Last minute cancellations or reschedules result in lost income. Thank you for respecting my time!

What if I must cancel? Is there a refund?

  • If a deposit is required, it will be non-refundable. If your session needs to be rescheduled, at least ONE WEEK notice is required if you wish for the non-refundable deposit to be transferred to a new session date. You will have 120-days to find a new date.

Can I purchase prints from you?

  • Yes! In your gallery there is a print store that you can look through and purchase prints and other photo products from. There is a secure payment option and they will deliver directly to you. I'm always happy to help with ordering, just ask!

Do I have to order prints from you?

  • No, not at this time. You are encouraged to download all of your images and save them to multiple devices or the cloud. After downloading, you may order photo products from a print lab of your choice. However, I do not guarantee the quality of images printed anywhere outside of my lab.

What form of payment do you accept?

  • Cash or Venmo are preferred. Other arrangements must be made at the time of booking.
